HOW IT WORKS
Autoslide is a versatile automatic door system designed to retrofit most existing sliding doors. It is compatible with patio doors, pocket doors, barn doors, closet doors, and pantry doors, making it a flexible solution for residential and light commercial use. Built for maximum adaptability, the system is weatherproof and can be installed indoors or outdoors.
Enhanced Security with iLock
The optional Autoslide iLock adds automatic locking functionality to your door. Once enabled, it secures the door whenever it is closed in Normal or Pet Mode. This eliminates the need for manual locks.
Elite Motor for Heavier Doors
For larger or heavier doors, the Elite Motor upgrade offers increased power. It is suitable for high-traffic or light-commercial environments, handling significantly more drag force than the standard motor.
Flexible Installation Options
Autoslide is typically installed above the door using a top-mount configuration. However, the system can be adjusted (re-handed) to suit your door orientation and installation preferences. If a top-mount setup isn’t possible, due to blinds or limited space, a bottom-mount option is also available. For some pocket or cavity door setups, installation can be completed without any extra adjustments.
Solutions for Multiple Doors
Autoslide can automate bi-parting doors by installing one system per panel, with a single set of controls operating both simultaneously. For more complex setups, such as telescoping or multi-panel doors, the MultiDrive system provides an ideal solution.
ACCESSIBILITY
If you have limited mobility or difficulty operating heavy sliding doors, the Multidrive system by Autoslide provides an accessible solution. It allows users to open and close patio doors independently, improving ease of use and daily accessibility. There comes a time when assistance is needed. Autoslide K9 Collar Tag for Pets
Designed with safety and security in mind, the Autoslide K9 Collar Tag ensures that only your pet can activate your automatic door system. Using RFID technology, the tag allows only dogs or cats wearing the Smart Tag to trigger the door, which helps prevent unwanted animals like raccoons or neighbourhood pets from entering your home. The system requires just one transmitter per door, which connects directly to the Autoslide unit. The RFID transmitter can be wall-mounted and offers an adjustable activation range of 3 to 10 feet.
Autoslide Pet Door Solutions
The Autoslide system features a built-in Pet Mode that allows pets to safely enter and exit on their own. Each kit includes two wireless push buttons for manual use, along with a choice of three activation options: RFID Collar Tags, motion sensors, or pet doormats. In Pet Mode, the door opens only as wide as needed for your pet and responds exclusively to pet sensors, while still allowing full opening for people. You can easily switch to Normal Mode to prevent pet access when needed. For enhanced security, upgrade with the iLock feature, which automatically locks and unlocks the door. When paired with the K9 Collar Tag, it offers one of the most secure pet door systems available.
Autoslide Pet Motion Sensor
The Autoslide Pet Motion Sensor uses infrared technology to detect movement and automatically open the door. Because it responds to all motion, it will activate for both pets and people. For best results, install the sensor so the infrared beam aligns with your pet’s height. Sensors should be placed on both sides of the door for a fully automated experience. You can temporarily disable pet access by switching modes, which is ideal for nighttime use. This option works especially well in secure backyards and for larger dogs, as the sensor can still detect movement when mounted higher. However, it may not be suitable if you’re concerned about wildlife triggering the door.
